All guests must complete the online check-in process before arrival. Check-in instructions and access codes will only be released after online check-in, online payment, valid identification, and required signatures have been completed.
Refund Policy:
Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed after full payment has been received by Talun Kapu Kft. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically take 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the guest’s bank or card issuer.

Check-out is until 10:00 AM. Late check-out without prior written approval from Comfort Property Talun Kapu Kft. will result in a 150 EUR per day charge.
Pet Policy:
Pets are only allowed with prior written approval. Fees may vary, with a minimum charge of 25 EUR and a minimum damage deposit of 100 EUR per dog. Guests must notify the property of any pets at least 72 hours before check-in.
